About the Speakers
Bernhard Ganahl, Partner & Patent Attorney, HGF
Mr. Ganahl is Partner and Patent Attorney at HGF. Mr Ganahl has over 30 years of professional experience as a patent attorney, during which he has gained extensive experience in the patent business through his analytical approach in the fields of physics and engineering.
Mr Ganahl specializes in drafting and prosecuting patents in the fields of electrical engineering, software inventions and devices for biotechnology and optics. In addition, he has extensive experience in opposition and IP litigation as well as in trade mark protection. Mr Ganahl regularly represents his clients in FRAND licensing and patent litigation.
